This year we are again joining forces with The City of Steinbach to present a full day of celebration on July 1. Activities begin at MHV at 10am with inflatable play structures, barrel-train rides, horse-drawn wagon rides, and other activities. At 1pm the Canadian flag will be raised, and birthday cake and coffee will be served. The afternoon will include guided tours of the Village, a children’s entertainer at 2:30pm, music in the tent and all kinds of great food, including waffles and vanilla sauce.

At 6pm the festivities will shift to the Steinbach Soccer Park. Evening activities at that location will include music provided by a DJ; souvenirs and cupcakes; bouncers, face painting and a BBQ courtesy of Southland Church; and the evening’s finale – fireworks beginning at 10:45pm.

Admission at both locations will be free.
