We are a family owned and operated Trucking Company that is situated in the community of St. Adolphe. We haul dry bulk goods with Super B hopper bottom trailers. We are very proud to say that we have the small business mentality where we know our drivers and they aren't just a number. We employ skilled drivers in either FT, PT or Casual positions hauling either locally around MB or Long Haul around MB, SK and AB.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated person to fill our casual driver positions. All positions include moving dry bulk agricultural commodities from one point to another using Super B hopper bottom trailers.

By’s Transport CASUAL Driver Positions Include:

Must be able to work on weekdays (Monday – Friday), as needed.

All positions require the following:

  • Class 1 License with clean abstract
  • Excellent communication & Customer service skills
  • Ability to sweep out and clean trailers
  • Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision,
  • Works well in a team setting
  • Able to drive a manual truck – 18 speed
  • Agricultural knowledge
  • Experience pulling Super B trailers – including backing them up in tight locations
  • Able and confident to drive in downtown traffic
  • Able to navigate rural roads and community areas
  • Able to follow specific and strict directions for policies and procedures at customer locations
