We are currently looking to add a full-time, year-round Custom Award Builder to our Winnipeg store. The successful incumbent will work with the art department, laser cutters, engravers, and UV printer operators and become trained for day-to-day operations in the production department. You will also assist with shipping and receiving and other general production duties.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment set-up and shut-down.
• Ensuring smooth flow of components to the machinery.
• Visual inspection and checklists for components/supplies.
• Loading and unloading laser cutters, UV printers, etc.
• Running of machinery through job cycles.
• Assembly of cut and printed components.
• Ensuring on-schedule production, packing, and delivery of finished product.
• Quality control and review of procedures to improve quality and speed.
• Packaging and labelling finished products.
• Unpacking and verifying received product.
• Labelling and distributing inventory, updating bin locations as needed.
• Verification of product to final art and specifications.
• General cleanliness of facility and production areas.
