Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $28.00 (depending on experience)

Performance Insulation Inc. is growing, and we’re seeking an individual to join our team of insulation installers. If you’re looking for a career where you can hone your skills and grow within a supportive, family-oriented company, we’d love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: You have hands-on experience installing insulation, preferably with blowing loosefill insulation in attics. Experience with cellulose or fiberglass insulation is a bonus. Basic carpentry or handyman skills are a plus. We are willing to train!

Skills:

• Comfortable using both hand and power tools to install insulation according to the job specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions on the job.
• A strong focus on safety and adherence to industry guidelines.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the insulation field.
• Operate a skit steer and forklift is an asset.

Must-Have:

• A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (our office location is in Niverville).
• A desire for a long-term opportunity to advance within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret work orders to understand job requirements.
• Prepare and load necessary materials with a forklift for each project.
• Accurately install insulation using the correct tools and methods.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site

Work Schedule:
