We are seeking a Lead Esthetician for delivery of exceptional skincare and nail services while leading and mentoring a team of estheticians, hair removal specialists and nail technicians.

As a Master or Licensed esthetician, your day-to-day tasks will include supervising and training, providing guidance, support, and ongoing professional development.

Reporting directly to the Company Owner you will be ensuring adherence to company protocols, standards in treatment delivery, hygiene practices and client interactions.

Assist with scheduling, supply management, social media and possibly financials relating to the esthetics division.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a fully trained esthetician
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetics experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory roles
• Passion for skin and beauty products with strong sales ability
• Further certification is advanced esthetic techniques considered an asset
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to speak another language considered an asset
