An exciting opportunity awaits!

We currently have an opportunity for a File Clerk to join our team in our Steinbach branch. As a File Clerk you will provide support to all staff by managing digital file records, processing and delivering mail, and responding to requests for information in a timely manner.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Scan and electronically file digital records
• Respond to requests for information
• Maintain accurate file records software
• Process and distribute mail
• Collect, sort, and distribute interoffice envelopes and deliveries

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other general office computer programs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Previous credit union or financial experience would be an asset
• Physical ability to push and lift heavy items

The starting hourly rate is above $17 per hour. In addition, you will be eligible for variable compensation and matched pension plan per SCU policies.
