About the Role

As a Church & Charity Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and servicing a book of business focused on faith-based organizations, non-profits, and charitable groups. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients receive exceptional service, providing expert guidance on their insurance needs, policy renewals, and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Church & Charity clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, and endorsements.
• Proactively manage renewals, ensuring timely communication and thorough coverage reviews.
• Provide expert risk management advice tailored to the unique needs of faith-based and charitable organizations.
• Educate clients on policy terms, coverage options, and available enhancements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Client-Focused & Service-Driven:

• Excellent relationship-building and client service skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex coverage in simple terms.

Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused:

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Level 2 Insurance License (or ability to obtain Level 2 within a set timeframe).
