The Opportunity:
Clearview Co-op is hiring a Part Time Produce Clerk to serve our members and customers at our Food Store located in Ste. Anne, Manitoba.
The main hours of work for this position include days, evenings, and weekends.

As part of our team, you’ll represent our brand “You’re at Home Here”, by delivering friendly, positive, and professional experience to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Live out our values of: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Deliver world-class customer service that is fast, friendly, and efficient.
- Receive, inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.
- Maintain sections of merchandise (fresh fruit and vegetables, bagged salads, herbs, salad dressings and spreads, value added section, etc.) as assigned in an effective manner. Ensure first-in, first-out rotation is always followed.
- Ensure the Department is stocked with merchandise and always faced.
- Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are strictly adhered to.
- Follow established procedures for trimming and preparation, washing, culling and quality policing, and price marking.
- Prepare fresh value-added product as per established Co-op recipes and procedures. Ensure consistency in ingredients always used.
- Present a neat, clean, fresh, well-merchandised department and related work areas
- Observe safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to work flexible shifts – days, evenings, and weekends (this could include shifts as early as 6:00 am and as late as 11:00 PM)
