Lifeguard Swim Instructors – Grunthal Pool
The Rural Municipality of Hanover Lifeguard Swim Instructors for the Grunthal Pool
Lifeguard Swim Instructor is a challenging yet rewarding position where you work on a team providing a safe environment for people of all ages. The program runs from about June 2nd to the first week of September.
The job will include maintaining a safe environment for patrons, completing progress cards for swimming lessons and paperwork, assisting in pool maintenance and cleanliness, and providing support for the Lifeguard Supervisor.
Our candidates MUST have:
- National Lifeguard – Pool certification
- Swim for Life Instructor
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification or Aquatic Emergency Care
- Be at least 16 years old
We also look for candidates that have:
- Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well with others and take direction
- A good attitude
- An enjoyment of working outside
The successful applicants will be required to provide a Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check and will be paid according to municipal salary grid and based on qualifications and experience.
