Our Steinbach location is looking for a part-time Receptionist to work Saturday’s from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and occasional coverage for vacation/sick time. For this position, we offer a competitive wage; a friendly and knowledgeable team and a great work environment. If you have great customer service and telephone skills, a positive attitude and you are ready to learn.
Required Skills:
- Office support, clerical, we are willing to train
- Professional phone conduct, efficient call routing and message management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Accuracy, attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities are key
- Cheerful disposition, able to positively represent the company to visitors and callers
- Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures
Required Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency
