Senior Paint Sales Associate

(Full Time Hours Guaranteed)

We have an opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated sales and customer service professional to join our Paint Department.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills by presenting products and services to customers in a manner that provides them with paint solutions and benefits. You will participate in the merchandising of product, mix paint, stock shelves, and actively participate as a member of the paint department team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service and sales experience is required.
• Experience in the paint industry and knowledge of paint products, or related education and experience, is a definite asset.
• Have a strong eye for interior décor with training or experience in interior design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment.
