Portage la Prairie RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing male teen from the community, 14-year-old Coltyn Gretsinger.
On January 20, 2022, at approximately 9:10am, Portage la Prairie RCMP received a report stating that Coltyn Gretsinger was missing.
Police say that on the same day, at approximately 2am, Coltyn Gretsinger got into a vehicle and left a residence located on Highway 26 near High Bluff. The vehicle was later discovered abandoned in a ditch at a location approximately 3 kilometres from the residence on Highway 26. Items belonging to Coltyn were recovered near the vehicle.
Coltyn Gretsinger is described as 5’5″ tall, having a slender build, short black hair and brown eyes. It is believed he is wearing a black winter coat with fur around the hood.
Police and family are concerned for Coltyn’s well-being and are asking the public for assistance.
