A 21-year-old Winnipeg man has been arrested and charged after RCMP recently seized a quantity of weapons and cash from a residence located in Flin Flon, Manitoba.
On January 29, 2022, at approximately 2am, as part of an ongoing investigation, Flin Flon RCMP, along with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed a search warrant at a residence located on Hapnot Street, in Flin Flon.
Police say that as a result of the search a firearm, machete and some Canadian currency were seized.
RCMP report that 21-year-old Dylan Baker of Winnipeg was arrested at the scene. Baker has been charged with possession of a firearm when knowing possession is prohibited and possession of property obtained by crime. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on March 3, 2022.
