Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a suspect vehicle that may be connected to a recent arson investigation that occurred in Steinbach.
On April 3, 2022, at approximately 7:55am, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a structure fire at a business located on Main Street in Steinbach. Officers attended the location and learned that the fire had been deliberately set. Police noted that no injuries were reported in this incident.
As a result of investigation, RCMP are now seeking public assistance in locating a suspicious vehicle that may be connected to this incident. The vehicle is described as small, grey-coloured and having a cloth rag hanging from the front right side.
Steinbach RCMP would like to speak with the owner or driver of the vehicle.
