On March 22, 2017, shortly before 4pm, Carman and Morden RCMP responded to a serious motor vehicle collision just south of Winkler, Manitoba.
Police say that an eastbound pickup truck collided with a southbound SUV at a controlled intersection. The driver of the SUV, a 34-year-old Deloraine woman, suffered minor injuries. The driver of the truck, a 19-year-old RM of Stanley man, was transported to hospital, where he remained for several days in critical condition before succumbing to his injuries.
