Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing man from the community, 48-year-old David McFarland.
On September 6, 2022, at approximately 9:16am, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that David McFarland, from Steinbach, had not been seen since the previous night at his residence located on Maplewood Street.
Police say that they have conducted patrols and followed investigative leads, but McFarland has not been heard from since September 5. Police noted that David’s cell phone was found in his residence.
David McFarland is described as 5’9″ tall with a slim build, has a bald head and is clean-shaven.
RCMP report that McFarland has known medical conditions that require care. It is believed he could be in the Winnipeg area and police are concerned for his well-being.
