Steinbach RCMP are reporting that a male suspect was recently observed causing damage at a local residence located in the area of First Street in Steinbach.
On September 1, 2022 at approximately 10:30pm, a male suspect in a grey hoodie was observed walking down First Street in Steinbach. The suspect was then seen smashing a driveway lamp post at a residence in the area.
Police say that a nearby neighbour observed the incident and followed the male suspect to the residence he was staying at.
RCMP report that the suspect has been identified and police continue to investigate this incident.
