A 22-year-old man from the Rural Municipality of Stuartburn has died as the result of a recent single vehicle collision that occurred on Road 10 North and Road 38 East in the municipality.
On October 6, 2022, at approximately 9:50am, Emerson RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle submerged in a ditch in the RM of Stuartburn. RCMP, the Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services attended the scene and located a lone male in the submerged vehicle. The 22-year-old male from the RM of Stuartburn, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police believe that sometime overnight, the vehicle was traveling south on Road 38 East when it turned onto Road 10 North, went into the ditch and rolled.
Emerson RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, continue to investigate this incident.
