Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help in a number of theft investigations where multiple lawn and garden tools were stolen.
Steinbach RCMP recently received a report of break and enter that occurred sometime between September 25 and 27 at the Christ our Saviour Catholic Parish located on Loewen Boulevard in Steinbach. Police say that a Stihl trimmer and Yardworks riding lawn mower were stolen in this incident.
In another incident, Steinbach RCMP learned about the theft of a riding lawn mower that occurred sometime between October 15 at 4pm and October 16 at 9:30am. Police say that the incident occurred in the 500 block of Wilson Street in Steinbach and that the mower had been parked in the backyard of the residence, behind the garage. The Mower is described as an older model John Deere Model RX75, with a green body, yellow seat and mower deck.
