Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help in a current vandalism investigation. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between the evening of January 19 and afternoon of January 20.
On January 20, 2023, at approximately 4pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of vandalism to a vehicle that occurred at a location in the 100 block of Woodhaven Avenue in Steinbach.
Police say that the vehicle owner advised that an unknown suspect drilled a hole into the gas tank and drained it of fuel.
RCMP noted that there was no surveillance footage or suspect description available.
