Stonewall RCMP are reporting that they have arrested and charged a number of suspects in relation to a recent investigation of a stolen vehicle.
On February 11, 2023, at approximately 6:10am, Stonewall RCMP received a report of a possible stolen vehicle in the local area. Officers were able to locate the stolen vehicle on Road 70 N, just off Highway 7. Police noted that the vehicle had been abandoned.
Further investigation led officers to execute a search warrant at a residence located in Stonewall. Subsequently, four adults were arrested at the residence. As a result of the search, officers seized several stolen power tools, a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine, psilocybin and brass knuckles.
RCMP report that 27-year-old Brittny Anderson, along with 42-year-old Conrad Bonwick, will be facing numerous charges related to this incident. Police noted that the other two adults were released with no charges.
