On April 10, 2017, at approximately 5:40am, The Pas RCMP responded to the Hudson Bay Railway yard where a stack of rail ties was on fire.
RCMP believe the fire to be deliberately set. The Hudson Bay Rail Company estimates the damage to be around $1 million dollars.
