Portage la Prairie RCMP are reporting that five individuals were recently arrested and charged in connection to a search warrant that was executed at a local residence.
On March 5, 2023, at approximately 9pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP, along with assistance from the Emergency Response Team, executed a search warrant at a residence located in the community.
Police say that the search resulted in the seizure of approximately 100 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 28 grams of cocaine, prescription pills, Canadian currency and other drug paraphernalia.
RCMP report that five adult suspects were arrested in this investigation. Included in the arrests was 26-year-old Dana Dueck and 52-year-old Jeremy Whincup, both of whom will be facing drug related charges.
