Sprague RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a suspect involved in a recent theft incident that occurred in the Rural Municipality of Hanover.
On July 8, 2023, Steinbach RCMP received a report regarding a theft. The incident was stated to have occurred at a residence on Road 33E in the RM of Hanover on July 8 at 1:15am.
Police investigation determined that an unknown male suspect walked onto the complainant’s property and entered a barn. The suspect subsequently stole a number of miscellaneous metal objects valued at approximately $50.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, having a thin build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a hoodie with the hood on, gloves, and glasses.
