St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Holly Malleck and her three-year-old daughter, Amelia Deonaraine. Police say that Malleck is currently wanted for parental abduction of a person under 14-years of age.
RCMP were notified of a custody dispute on July 7, 2023. Officers conducted an extensive investigation and determined that Malleck has taken custody of the child with intent to deprive the father of his parental rights.
In consultation with Manitoba Prosecution Service, a warrant of arrest has been issued for Malleck. RCMP have no reason to believe the child is in danger.
Holly Malleck is described as 5’3″ tall, weighs approximately 200 lbs, has red hair and brown eyes. Her appearance may have changed. Three-year-old Amelia Deonaraine is described as 3’2″ tall, weighs approximately 35 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.

Update
On August 1, 2023, the Waterloo Regional Police Service, acting on a tip from the public, located and arrested 35-year-old Holly Malleck at a residence located within the City of Waterloo, ON. She was remanded into custody and will be transported back to Winnipeg where she will face a charge of Parental Abduction. Amelia Deonaraine (3) was located unharmed and is now in the care of another family member.
