The City of Steinbach is advising local residents that there is not expected to be any disruption of recycling services despite a recent fire at Eastman Recycling.
The City says that curbside recycling services for Steinbach will continue as scheduled and residents can put their recyclables out on the curb as usual. Also, there will be no impact to the residential curbside garbage pick-up service.
Residents that did not have their recycling picked up this past Thursday are asked to store their recyclables and put them out on the curb on their next regularly scheduled day.
