Steinbach RCMP are reporting that a 15-year-old scooter rider was recently injured after colliding with a parked semi-truck at a location in the Rural Municipality of Hanover.
On September 28, 2023, at approximately 1:30pm, Steinbach RCMP responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Road 32N in the RM of Hanover.
Police investigation determined that a scooter had driven into the rear of a parked semi-truck and trailer. The rider of the scooter, a 15-year-old youth, suffered several physical injuries and was taken to hospital.
Steinbach RCMP continue to investigate this incident.
