Lac du Bonnet RCMP have recently arrested and charged a Winnipeg man after seizing stolen property and drugs from a residence located in the local Municipality.
On April 15, 2024, as a result of an ongoing investigation into several break and enters in the area, Lac du Bonnet RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence located on Aspit Road, in the RM of Lac du Bonnet.
Police say that the search resulted in the recovery of stolen property, as well as the seizure of approximately 70 grams of crystal methamphetamine, six grams of cocaine and other drug-related paraphernalia.
RCMP report that 45-year-old David Wagner of Winnipeg, has been arrested and remanded into custody on two counts of break and enter. Further charges are anticipated.
