Pembina Valley RCMP are asking the public any information into the whereabouts of a missing man from the Rural Municipality of Cartier, 22-year-old Joshua Martin.
Police say that Joshua Martin was last seen during the morning hours of May 27, in Stonewall, Manitoba.
Joshua Martin is described as being 5’9″ tall, weighs 130lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes.
