A 53-year-old woman has recently been arrested and charged after a quantity of drugs and cash were seized at a Killarney, Manitoba residence.
Turtle Mountain RCMP, along with officers from the Manitoba RCMP West District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team, recently executed a search warrant at a residence located in Killarney. The search was part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
As a result of the search, officers were able to seize approximately 57 grams of cocaine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, as well as an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency.
RCMP report that a 53-year-old female suspect was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking. The woman has since been released pending a future court date.
