Selkirk RCMP are requesting public assistance in identifying a person of interest in an on-going police investigation connected to an incident which occurred on July 13, 2024, at approximately 10:15pm at the Selkirk Fair and Rodeo, located at Selkirk Park.

Police say that the male in question is believed to have been seen walking around the fairgrounds between 10pm and 10:30pm during the evening of the same day.

A composite sketch of the male has been completed and Selkirk RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying him.

The man is described as a male in his late 30’s to early 40’s, has greyish coloured hair with a greyish coloured medium length beard, and is between 6′ and 6’3″ tall with a muscular build. The man was last seen wearing a white cowboy hat, blue jeans, white/plaid shirt and a black/brown belt buckle.
