Due to the Canada Post work stoppage, the City of Steinbach is advising residents and businesses to consider alternative service delivery options to minimize the impact of mail delivery delays.
City officials say that November utility bills are due on Friday, November 29, 2024, and customers can utilize alternative payment methods to avoid late payment charges.
Alternative Payment Options
- In-person at City Hall (with cash, cheque or debit) during normal business hours 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Drop-off box at City Hall
- In-person at your financial institution
- Online banking
Residents are encourage to sign up for e-billing, My Utility Account online and pre-authorized payments to avoid future disruption.
