The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) is asking the public to help identify a witness to a fatal shooting incident that took place on November 24, 2024, in the 3600 block of Portage Avenue in Winnipeg.
IIU currently reviewing recovered video evidence and based on this evidence, investigators would like to speak to an individual who witnessed the incident. Efforts to identify this individual have been unsuccessful.
