Thompson RCMP are reporting that two suspects were recently arrested and charged after a large quantity of drugs and cash were seized from a local residence.
As the result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal cigarettes within the City of Thompson, RCMP officers with the Thompson General Investigative Section (GIS), along with assistance from Thompson Detachment officers, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Ospwagon Drive.

Two vehicles, a 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 and a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, were also located and then seized as Proceeds of Crime.
