A 33-year-old Winnipeg man was recently pronounced deceased at a Winnipeg hospital from injuries sustained in a June 21, 2017, collision.
At approximately 10:45am on June 21, Stonewall RCMP responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 7, just north of the Perimeter Highway. A northbound semi with an empty gravel trailer lost control and rolled into the east ditch.
RCMP report that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and that speed and alcohol are not considered factors in this investigation.
An RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
