The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce has announced that the City’s 49th Annual Pioneer Days Parade will happen on August 4, 2017.
The Pioneer Days Parade is one of the largest and most anticipated parades in the province of Manitoba. Over 150 organizations participate in the parade, with thousands of people from Steinbach and the surrounding communities lining up down Main Street to watch. The theme for this year’s parade is “It’s All About the Kids”, a look into the past highlighting what life was like for children over the last 150 years.
The parade will start at 10am on August 4, with route information available on the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce website after August 1.
For safety reasons, spectators are asked to stay behind the marked barricade tape at all times. The Steinbach Chamber wishes all onlookers a safe morning and looks forward to another enjoyable and safe parade this summer.
