As part of Southern Health-Santé Sud’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and transforming the patient experience, the regional health authority is looking for public input into the development of a Declaration of Patient Values.
Southern Health-Santé Sud notes that this important document will help them understand what is truly important to patients so that a plan can be formulated for health services that meet those needs.
An online survey has been developed to identify and prioritize what matters most to hospital patients. Southern Health-Santé Sud is asking all residents in the region to complete this short survey and contributing to the ongoing work of patient and family-centred care.
