Ted Falk, Member of Parliament for Provencher, has recently been appointed as Deputy Shadow Minister for Employment, Workforce Development and Labour.
“I would like to thank the Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, Andrew Scheer, for appointing me as Deputy Shadow Minister for Employment, Workforce Development and Labour,” said Falk. “I look forward to working with my colleague Steven Blaney, who has been appointed Shadow Minister for Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, on this important portfolio.”
As the Deputy Shadow Minister, MP Ted Falk will work with Mr. Blaney and the Conservative team to:
- Hold the Liberal Government accountable to Canadian workers;
- Make sure that the Liberal Government works collaboratively with the provinces, territories, and municipalities;
- Ensure that the Canadian job market remains strong, free, and fair; and
- Ensure that Canadians are equipped with the skills they need for today’s job market and the economy of the future.
Falk notes that he looks forward to fulfilling these important responsibilities entrusted to him.
