Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating two recent business break-ins and are asking the public to help indentify a suspect caught on camera at the scene.
On September 26, 2017, Steinbach RCMP received a report from Penn Lite Electric and Mechanical involving a break-in to several storage containers on their property. Personnel also found several vehicle fuel tanks drained from having holes drilled into them.
Police also received a report of a break in and theft of numerous tools and cooper from Mapleside Electric which may be related.
Local video surveillance captured a lone male at Penn Lite Electric who is believed to be responsible.
