Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating a recent incident where copper wire was stolen from two local gravel pits.
Police say that between November 28 and 29, 2017, two gravel pits in the Blumenort and La Broquerie area were entered, resulting in hundreds of feet of copper wire being stolen. The estimated value of the copper wire was $6,000.
