On December 21, 2017, at approximately 1:40am, Headingley RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a gas station located on the outskirts of Headingley, Manitoba on Highway 1.
Upon arrival, officers were advised that a male suspect had entered the gas station and walked into the cashier’s area armed with a machete. The suspect then took an undisclosed amount of money and fled through the front door to an awaiting car. Police say that no one was injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’10” tall, with light brown hair. He was wearing a dark winter coat over top of a hoodie, blue jeans and a brown scarf. The getaway vehicle is described as being a small, light-blue, four door Chevy.
