Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating the theft of a pickup truck that was stolen from a local residence on High Point Lane.
On February 4, 2018, at approximately 2am, Steinbach RCMP received a report that a vehicle had been stolen from a residence located on High Point Lane in Steinbach.
The stolen vehicle is described as a grey Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax Diesel pickup truck with Manitoba license plate HVT 379.
RCMP report that one hour after the vehicle was stolen, it was involved in an attempted break and enter in the RM of La Broquerie. Police noted that nothing was taken in this incident and that the home owner scared the suspects away.
