A Steinbach man is facing criminal charges in connection to a trailer theft incident that occurred in Anola, Manitoba this past summer.
On January 20, 2018, Steinbach RCMP entered into an investigation related to an enclosed trailer that had been stolen from a residence located in Anola, MB. The theft occurred sometime in August, 2017.
Police investigation led to a judicial authorization to search a property located in Steinbach. Subsequently the stolen trailer was recovered along with contents that had been located inside the trailer. The contents had also been reported stolen.
RCMP report that 36-year-old Robert Braun, a resident of Steinbach, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
