On April 20, 2018, at 4:50am, Gimli RCMP responded to a call of a deceased male inside a residence in Silver Harbour, Manitoba.
When officers arrived on scene, a 36-year-old male was found deceased.
RCMP report that the death is suspicious in nature and officers have arrested a 29-year-old male who was in the residence. The suspect remains in custody at this time.
Police say that the victim and the suspect were known to each other and that they are not looking for other suspects.
RCMP Major Crime Services and the RCMP Forensic Identification Section are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
