On May 5, 2018, Churchill RCMP executed a search warrant under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at a residence located on Radisson Street in the community of Churchill, Manitoba.
As a result of the search, police located and seized approximately 37 grams of cocaine, 10 grams of marijuana, a large sum of Canadian currency and various drug paraphernalia.
RCMP report that 46-year-old Rose Marie Lavallee of Churchill was arrested at the scene. Lavallee has been remanded into custody on charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and four counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Churchill RCMP continue to investigate this incident.
