The Steinbach Arts Council is presenting The Sweet Sound Revival CD release concert for Rosemary Siemens and Jayme Giesbrecht on October 6, 2016 at 7:30pm in the SRSS Theatre.
Known for her versatility, passion, musicianship and style, world-class improve, Rosemary Siemens has mesmerized audiences around the world since the age of three. Hailing from Plum Coulee, MB, Rosemary is a small-town farm girl addicted to bling and sparkle and is currently dominating the world-stage while playing a 300-year-old violin that was played in King Louis XIV’s orchestra.
In August 2016, Rosemary’s hometown of Plum Coulee Manitoba, unveiled a sign in her honour at the edge of the town that reads, “Plum Coulee, Home of Rosemary Siemens.” It inspired her to write, record and launch her debut bluegrass album entitled, Plum Coulee, My Home, featuring Rosemary & The Sweet Sound Revival, being released in Fall of 2016.
