Fort Saskatchewan RCMP are asking Manitobans for assistance in helping to locate a missing 17-year-old female youth, Siera Charters.
During the evening of September 18, 2016, Fort Saskatchewan RCMP received a report regarding a missing 17-year-old female youth named Siera Charters. Charters sent a text message to a friend at approximately 5:15pm on September 18, 2016 and has not been able to be reached since. Charters was last seen in the area of the Dow Centennial Centre at approximately 4pm.
Police have been advised that Siera Charters also goes by the name of Quinn Charters. She is described as a white female, has a thin build, shoulder length blue hair and was wearing an oversized back hoody and dark skinny jeans.
The Fort Saskatchewan RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public to help locate Siera Charters. Anyone with information on her whereabouts, are asked to contact the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780-997-7900.
