Little Grand Rapids RCMP are currently investigating the recent death of a three-year-old child from the community.
On August 23, 2018, at approximately 3:40pm, Little Grand Rapids RCMP received a report of an unresponsive three-year-old child who had been brought in from his residence to the community nursing station.
RCMP report that the 3-year-old male child was later pronounced deceased and that an autopsy is being scheduled.
The Manitoba RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is in the community and leading the ongoing investigation.
