On November 21, 2018, the City of Steinbach presented a payment of $300,000 to the Bethesda Foundation.
The City notes that this is the last payment for a total of $1.5 million committed over five years. The City has also committed an additional $500,000 to the Bethesda Foundation over the next two years in support of general healthcare development for Steinbach.
Steinbach Mayor Earl Funk presented the cheque to the Bethesda Foundation’s Board Chair, Garth Reimer and Board Members, Waldo Neustaedter and Marg Rempel.
