Emerson RCMP recently discovered human remains at the scene of a camper fire at a location in Vita, Manitoba.
On December 18, 2018, at approximately 2:35am, Emerson RCMP received a report of a camper trailer fire in Vita, Manitoba. Police say that once the fire was extinguished, a search of the camper was conducted by the Vita Fire Department.
RCMP report that as a result of the search, human remains were located.
RCMP continue to investigate along with assistance from the Office of the Fire Commissioner.
